300 Bar Diving Center came to life in Izmir in 2009 with the vision of Engin Kondul . The goal was simple: not just to see the underwater world, but to understand it, experience it, and share that passion with others. A small team, great excitement, and endless curiosity… That's how the story of 300 Bar began.

Initially starting with recreational diving training, our diving center adopted a training approach closely integrated with the sea, utilizing our dive boat located in Ayvalık. Each dive became more than just training; it transformed into a special experience combining discovery, discipline, and confidence. Over time, this approach became one of the most important features that distinguished 300 Bar from ordinary diving centers.

2012 was a turning point for 300 Bar. With the approval of the Ministry of National Education, the center began training industrial divers and also opened a strong training opportunity for those who chose underwater diving as a profession. Now, 300 Bar was not just for recreational diving, but also the starting point for career journeys for professional divers.

In the recreational diving sector, 300 Bar stands out by combining international and national standards. It offers diving courses at every level, from beginner to advanced and instructor, within the TSSF/CMAS and SSI training systems.
